We have let out a home in kells Meath around 2 years ago.
Our mortgage has increased so we will need to increase the rent slightly to cover it, the rent is actually very low at the moment. A couple of questions, do you know if Kells in in the rental pressure zone and how do we go about increasing it?

    It is not. https://www.rtb.ie/rent-pressure-zones

You should check the RTB website for details on increasing it to market rate as soon as possible because at the stroke of the minister's pen your property could find itself in an RPZ and you would be bound by your current under market rent. Act as soon as possible.
