Can I get an Exceptional Needs Payment for dental work? I am not talking about anything fancy. I am on the dole and I have holes in my teeth, one cracked last week and I can barely afford pain killers. I can't take this any more, the local dentist said €1,000 for work. I haven't that kind of money! I can't even sleep.

You can get a dental exam, any extractions you need and 2 fillings a year in your medical card.

You can get all your damaged teeth pulled for free by a dentist who is on a medical card sheme.
That would solve at least the problem with the pain...
