Balcony fix

    My 11ft x 3.5ft balcony decking needs lifted, new membrane fitted and decking put back due to drainage issue, lad quoted €750...is that a celtic tiger price?

    Is it new decking or RE use the old.
    If reuse then shop around that dear.

    Agree with you pen turner.

    Seems very cheap. And I,d be surprised at any lad that could do

    a good job on that for 300 euro, and give you a correct drainage solution to boot.

    You wont buy much material at all for 300 euro.
