Am looking for information on how to claim for dental
I am looking it's not a 'my account ' on line and can not find a med2 for to submit on line. There is a form12, not really sure what this is but reading a little some say you need to fill thus out, anyone with any experience with claiming for dental with your account on line, any help would be great.

The med 2 form is filled out by your dentist for allowable dental expenses. Not all dental work is allowable. Link below explains more.

    Form 12 online.

Wait til your p60 is issued so that the figures for your income are pre- populated.

Your dentist will provide you with a med 2 form. Only root canal, crowns and a few other things are covered. Not routine checkups/cleaning, fillings or extractions.
