Planning Permission for Rehearsal Room

I currently have a site which is just under an acre and next to my parents place.

At present, there is no planning permission on it but I'm looking to build effectively a shed for all my music gear and where I could rehearse.

I understand I can build something approximately 25x25 metres squared but would my intended use of it require planning?

Additionally, if it was okay to build it without planning, would it be possibly create any issues down the line if looking to get planning for a house on the site?

You've a number of inaccuracies in your understanding.

Your parents can built a shed in their back garden with a maximum size of 25 square meters (This is 5m x 5m). But this is only if they haven't previously built a shed without planning and subject to certain restrictions on height, finish and remaining green area.

There is nothing you can build to suit your needs in the site next door without planning.
