Contact eflow. They’re normally ok at working something out.

*high horse mode - engaged* How did you miss the tolls?

I’m as dizzy as can be 🙈 I just completely forgot I’d literally forget my head if it wasn’t stuck on but never got a penalty letter I forget tolls often but when penalty comes I always take d letter with me so I don’t forget to pay that

To save these problems in the future simply register for a video account on eflow and you'll not only never have to remember to pay again, but you'll get a discount on the toll as well. An absolute no brainer.

Open up a video account with eflow and you wont have to remember to pay each time you go through the M50. All other toll plazas I use occasionally have barriers so I have to pay at the barrier to get through and use the video account for M50 which debits my back account.

It's easy enough to do, I've done it and i know others that have done it to. I've come to realise the servers that store this information must cost a fortune to run, hence the high penalty fees!

Was just going to say this. I presume this was the M50?

If you use the toll a lot just get the tag account. It's €1 a month but saves you €1 each time you go through the M50 toll. Can also use express lane on other motorway tolls.

If you're not a regular user, use the video account. The money will automatically be taken. There's no monthly charge and you save 50c per M50 toll. Depends which would provide better value for you.

Hopefully you get this sorted and don't have to pay the full amount. I had the video account until I started using the M50 more regularly. Was really handy.

Ring them up and explain the situation.
Tell them you want to avoid this happening again and offer to register for a video account.

They may just waive the charges.

*but, I believe once the engage the solicitors then costs are payable so not 100% sure.
