Hi,
I am homeowner and I am having difficulties with the landlord of the rental property next door. I took a 3rd party dispute to the RTB and we came to a legally binding agreement. The landlord has now broken this agreement.
I am looking for some recommendations on solicitors in the limerick area and a general idea of the fees I might expect to pay for a consultation and maybe a letter
