What's the max weight that a 2015 Hyundai i30 can carry in the boot.

    A neighbour wants to move 160Kg ..
I'm thinking that this might be too much to put in the boot.

    Am I wrong?

Drop the back seats and spread it out....

160kg is the same as having 2 normal adults sitting in the back.

That's the same weight as 2 adults in the back seat. I can't see it being a problem from a suspension components perspective but I guess I'd be driving carefully and would have the load fully secured if I was doing it

    Ah ok...

    160kg is about 25 stone.
    That makes more sense.

    Thanks guys

If there’s mud flaps on the back of her and they rub the road when she’s loaded it’s too heavy.other than that chance her.just drive it steady and no joulting or bunny hops

Plan your route away from speed bumps if at all possible

Not my car, it won't be my problem.

Just didn't want the guy to get stranded with a broken spring.

If you saw how he drives you'd understand that he doesn't care about his car.

It's had more hits than Michael Jackson :D

I regularly carry 5 bags of salt in an i10, which is 125kg. You should have no worries with 160kg in an i30.
