Refund texts

    Hi, I previously got a text telling me to ring to sort out a refund. I did so and was on the phone for about an hour moving my previous account to my current address. However, to date I've not received a refund and am still getting texts. There were some issues with moving over accounts and stuff when I moved to my current address so I think it may be linked to this. Could this please be looked into?
