    Hi BOI,
We have two debit cards on our account so how can we see on our statements which card was used for which purchases etc.?

    Hi Comerman,

    Thanks for contacting us here.

Would this be a Joint account?

If so all transactions made by both cards would show on your statement. It wouldn't be possible to separate the transactions to see who made each purchase shown on the statement.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

    Thanks,

    Kareana

Thanks for your quick reply Kareana but I needed a way to see which card made which purchases

    Hi Comerman,

    Thanks for your reply.

I'm afraid as mentioned above this wouldn't be possible as we cannot separate the transactions to show which card made the purchase on a Joint account.

    Thanks,

    Kareana

And you've been told twice it's not possible.

    Thanks for your help Kareana.

As the cards have different numbers the information is available.  Just because BOI are not displaying it does not mean you cannot have it.  If the OP makes a specific request for the information under the Data Protection Acts BOI are obliged to supply it.

When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?

    Hi Comerman,

Just to clarify this information wouldn't be available on your statement however we would always be happy to get you more details if there is a specific transaction you both don't recognise on the account.

You can raise by sending us in your query when logged into 365 online through the service desk.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

    Thanks,

    Kareana
