Cherrywood Business Park Shortcut Question

I'll be walking from the Luas to Shanganagh in the evenings later this week. Can I take the shortcut in red from the Business Park to Cherrywood Rd? It would save me a few minutes getting to what was the Silver Tassie. Are there any gates that are closed at night? Tx.

To answer my own question, there aren't any gates, but that grassy bank is very slippery after a fall of snow.
(It's not lit for anyone else who intends to take the same route)
