Irish Water Refund

    Hi

    I still haven't received my refund.  I contacted Customer Service on 8th January and was told that although I had an account, there was no name attached as the 'Occupier'.  I was asked to post a Utility Bill (no other documents / information was asked for), to the Cork office, which I did on the same day.
    As of yesterday I still hadn't received any update / refund.  I contacted CS again, and was told that I have to also send proof of payment i.e. copy of my bank statement.  (Why wasn't I asked for this information in the first place??).  It was suggested that I emailed scanned copies of bank statements to Customer Service, which I have done, along with my original letter which contained my account / WPRN details.

    However I don't have too much faith that my original letter and Utility bill, and yesterdays email, will meet each other!

    Can this be looked into please?
