just wondering as i find the olding jackson etc.. case getting already bizarre with how the texts from one side and the whatapps on the other side suggest different from the accusations. on the whatsapp stuff the guys couldn't have implicated themselves better, however the girls texts didn't suggest that it was a terribly bothersome night other than she met a couple of gob****es. i have no idea the impact of rape, but I felt the reaction to one then two then three guys was just a little off centre by the girl. to finally pull the pants up when the third guy arived and leave and then claim rape i think is likely to be contested

Im not sure how many victims go back into the house afterwards, back up the stairs, and into the same bedroom to get their phone.........I thought running down the street would have been more expected. But call me old fashioned. Time will tell, 5 weeks to go.

I'm afraid we don't permit discussion on ongoing court cases on Boards in order not to be in any way prejudicial to the outcome of the case. While this normally covers Irish courts, given that this case is in Belfast and there's a greater chance of anything posted here being read there than if it was a case in the rest of the UK, I'm going to err on the side of caution and lock this thread.
