    What is the norm for payments in a land rental lease, is the 1st March and 1st November payments are made?  Thanks

    When we were leasing land it was 1st January & 1st July....

    It’s all down to the landlord. I’ve a bit that I pay up front on and another March half November half.

    I know of a lease that pay the first week of February, July And September. So it's really up to the what the landlord wants or agrees to.

    My tenant pays on his four peak milk months, whatever works with both parties
