1990's Irish Dunlop touring car

    Does anyone remember how many Sapphire cosworths were used in the Irish Dunlop touring cars in the 90's . Helmut Holfeld and Reg Tuthill had them, anyone else?

    Gorden Kellett for one. I think there were more - I might have an Irish Motorsport Annual from that time, will have a look. Think there may have been a 3 door as well.

    If you have that would be great. There were a good few 3dr's but it's specifically Sapphires I'm interested in

    I seem to just have the 1989 annual - I'll have a look in my mother's place, thought I had 1991.

    Anyway there are 2 pages on touring cars, Gorden Kellett was driving an Escort Turbo as were several others, no cossies at that time.

    You could try searching for old programs, there is 3 for sale no on adverts.ie from Pheonix Park "Phoenix park racing programs 1996 and 1997 and racing guide 1997 5 euro the lot check out my outher add"
