Hi

First time visitor to Thailand in 2 weeks. A couple of questions:

Any hotel or location recommendations for Bangkok? The more central the better? Close to Khao San road?
Anyone travel by the ferries from the airport in Surat Thani to Ko Samui? Any tips on the best way? Think our flight will come in on a Sunday at around 1pm.
