Anyone know any details on this?
For an Irish living abroad is it possible to geta mortgage?

are the rates worse than what they would be  if was home and had a perm job after passing probation ?
seems have to have 20% down as deposit and max is 25 years?

I don't think the traditional banks will lend to a private individual living abroad.
