Hi All,
I am about to get signing contracts on buying a property in Dublin 15, so on my solicitor's suggestion, I am looking for references of good agencies/contacts for doing Structural survey of a 2nd hand property in Dublin 15.
Any references of good agencies to do that please ?
It is a 12 year old property and superficially looks very good.
