Humanist Celebrant Recommendation - Munster

    Hi there,
I recently got engaged and we have just booked our venue in Tipperary for 29th December 2018. My fiance and I are not religious and have opted for a humanist ceremony. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for Humanist Celebrants around the Munster area? We'd love to have someone who really gets to know us and doesn't just go through the motions - if that makes sense! I'm Irish and my fiance is English and those attending will stem from a variety of faiths so we want to have a ceremony that is welcoming to all. So would love to hear if anyone had a great experience with someone who you think might suit!

Hi op. Go to the website humanist society of Ireland and contact all the ones for Munster. You may get a few available for your date and you may get only one.

Hi Dovies - thanks for the response. Yes, we've been on the website and seen the list but was hoping that someone here might have some personal recommendations!

We had Willie Collins who I think lives in tipp himself. He was lovely, very soft spoken and made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend him.

I don't want to panic you, but you will need to contact all celebrants in your area, they book up well over 12 months in advance for weekend weddings, especially Saturdays.

I would recommend Bill Chase, he's based in West Cork!
