    Service>Engineer Tools>Battery Menu>Replace Battery Pack

    Should the system be disconnected from the electricity supply while replacing the battery, or can it be just swapped while the system is powered up?

    Unless you are comfortable working around electricity then turn off the mains power to the panel.
