    Hello!
I just moved into an apartment a month ago. This one is on ground floor and there is one house on top. This house has freeview tv antenna or aerial. The funny thing is it gets signal when the lady stay on upper apartment turns on her tv. Rest of the time it says no signal. I really like irish tv channels. Does anyone know what it could be ?

That sounds like some very dodgy cabling.
I'd repost this in the Terrestrial section if I were you.
    You'll get a better response.

I'd say a power supply is plugged in in her apartment and she plugs everything out when she's going out.
    Talk to the landlord.

    Yeah, that's my thinking too.
