    Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone knows what I need to do if I’m moving county in relation to getting my long term illness book changed? Do I have to apply again for a new one?

    Thank you!

Once your number is valid, your lti medication is covered foc in any pharmacy. It doesn't matter what county it has you registered in.
However it might be worth informing the pcrs or your local health office that your address has changed.
