    hi

when does year for renting land normally run to?

I have 10 acres in co roscommon, got 800 euros for it last may, does the rent year run for a year from the time land is rented or from the time you receive the money?

11 months letting, not for 12 months, generally.
An alternative Iv've heard of is, the cattle being driven out one gap onto the road and in another gap. Never seen it, but about breaking the lease.
This probably about the person renting not getting an automatic, right to renew.

    Hi all
I am looking for a piece of land with a shed. I am looking to keep few lambs on it along with few chickens. Please let me know if there is one for rent. I am looking something around Dublin or Meath
    Regards
