Not broadband for 2 weeks with eir

    Hi has anyone ever logged a fault with Eir and be still waiting for over 2 weeks and still no sign of it being fixed, I logged a fault with Eir on the 5th January, have called them 3 times and they still have not fixed it,I'm without broadband since then, is this normal practice, do other providers take this long, to fix a problem

    The best thing to do is file a complaint to comreg about this problem and see does that speed thing up.

    Ive had to wait a week or more. Call them and say ur phone isnt working or that its really noisy, they seem to react quicker to phone issues
