What do I do with weak arm?

Not long at this gym crack and have already hit a snag.

I'm doing lateral raises and shoulder presses at the back end of workout, with low weights (6kg and 30kg respectively) but on say a set of 9 raises my left arm goes weak at 5 and stops at 7.

Obviously this will strengthen over time but my question is...
do i reduce the weights on both arms?
Do i keep the right arm at same lifts as left arm?
Do i just continue with right arm as normal and left as its going until it catches up?

Just continue lifting as you are. Its normal for a beginner to have a lagging body part, but it'll strengthen up over time, you'll be surprised.

    Just keep weight training simple.

Once you do the same amount of reps on both sides you’re good.

So stop the right when the left won't do any more?

The weaker arm will catch up over time,or maybe almost catch up.

Yep, if you want to be symmetrical anyway

I always start uni-lateral lifts with my weaker side and only do the amount of reps I'm capable of on my weaker side on my stronger side.

30kg barbell press is quite light
    30kg on a machine probably isn't a load of 30kg

30kg dumbells is quite heavy, I doubt it's that one

Its the machine. Sorry the left and right side are independent from each other, both have 15kg on them

I would do it as a single arm exercise, starting with the weaker side for the max amount of reps you can manage, then do the stronger side for the same amount of reps.

Well, He said it was light, so that ruled out 30kg dumbells. And describing unilateral work rules out barbell.

OP, I'd either do them at the same time and stop when the weak are fails. Or do the weak arm first and match the reps with the other
