Sluice valve installation subsidence

    Hi
Irish Water installed a sluice valve in the lane outside my property.
The work has since gradually subsided to the point where I believe it has damaged my sewer - the location of the valve work is at a point where Dyno-Rod tell me I have a persistent blockage.
Can someone from Irish Water come and inspect the work that was done?

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks
