Two temperature dials on my oil burner

    Hi,
    Stoopid question follows.
I was just checking what temperature my boiler is set to.  I notice two dials.  One is the burner itself, set to 75.  But there is a second EPH style dial on a pipe near the burner which is set to 20.  I assume the dial on the bruner is what i was after. But what is the second dial for?
Like I said probably a stoopid question.
    Jumpa

Sounds like a pipe stat. Do you have a frost stat on your system?

I'm not sure but that's probably it given the low temp setting. Thanks.
