Multifuel Stove flue pipe regulations

I'm looking for info on connecting (finally!) a stove to a flue liner.

It looks like the 8kw stove will have to be connected to the 6" flexible flue via a T-piece from the rear. I have enough clearance to the front of the hearth for this with regard to the regs but I'm worried about the stove pipe's position against the back wall of the fireplace which I have lined with cement board. It will be pretty close at roughly 35mm. I can't find anything in the regs for this.

Anyone have a similar issue resolved or is it even an issue?

    Thanks
