Just wondering if anyone has experienced any weird reactions to creatine? I took it for the first time last week (only 3g) and just my hands came out in a rash. Haven't taken it since..

I always have a mild reaction to it. Not to your level but just general itchy weird feeling on my face usually. Goes away after about a hour or so. I suppose right now it doesn't bother me enough to remove it from my diet but long-term cant be good.

You sure you're not thinking of beta alanine?

I used to get headaches. I stopped taking it when it became persistent.

Same, I stopped last year because of that, no amount of water helped. Stopped for a few months and now back taking it about 6 months and no problems. Same creatine as well

**** I am and all :P  Pretty sure it happened when I took the creatine from bulk powders which is apparently 100% and nothing else. Cant be sure though to be honest.

I was experiencing an increased heartrate from bulk powders creatine monohydrate. Switched to myprotein and have no issues whatsoever
