If a house in probate had a loan attached to it for 200k and a low ball offer is made in order to settle a claim against the estate. Does the loan stay with the house or the estate as a rule? Or is it on a case by case basis, ie. The contract drawn up between the parties needs to stipulate the loan goes with the house or…
