Whats the best way to capture Video on the switch. My son wants to upload tutorials to youtube and he wants to find out the best way to do this. Will he require a capture card?

Probably running the video and audio through a computer and capturing at that end. I don't think there is anything out at the moment that would let you capture directly from the Switch.
