    I’m hoping someone can clarify where this development gets its water from? I understand it’s not connected to the main Ashbourne water supply. I’m thinking of buying here. There is a (private) management company in place. I am ok with the quoted annual fee as of today but I fear this private company could increase this in years to come. Would be interested to hear from any residents on this. Is there a residents committee in the development?
