Good Value Spin Bike

Looking to get my fitness back...well my cardio fitness anyways...

Can anyone recommend a good value spin bike, basically looking a bike that will allow interval training, recovery spins etc

I'm ultimately aiming to use it 3 times per week before work. I would like to get back out on the road, but there have been a number of accidents locally so my confidence on the road isn't where it needs to be.

    Cheers

What's your budget like for a bike? There are a good few available on Adverts.ie

Suppose somewhere in the region of 350-450 but could stretch a bit further for better

There are a few on the Advert.ie link within your budget. The NXT Spinners are a little out side at €595 - €650 but are top of the line bikes and solid as a rock.

Alternatively if you have a road bike you could look at getting a turbo trainer and use it with your existing bike. Then have a look at Global Cycling Network Training videos if you want something to work along with. I use these and find then really good.

I second the turbo trainer. You get used to set up of your own bike and takes up very little space when not in use.

There is that. Try Donedeal or Facebook market place thingy for some spin bikes.

I'd prefer a new bike as opposed to second hand, had a bad experience with a second hand bike in the past.
