hey guys. I building a office on green field site .

I hoping to put a a roof on it. thinking 20 feet by 35 feet .

so the gable end will be the 20 feet.

as I am very flexible on how it's laid out is there magic number the gable end could be in feet to make it cheaper ? or does it make a difference ?

Sort your planning before the roof. There may be specific proceeds VW in your area that will dictate what type of roof will be required.

I assume you also mean Home office?

Ok then, stop worrying about the roof and get the planning, fire safety and disabled acces sorted through the council.

You might find that they will specific they type of building and roof they want to fit into the area.

Have you engaged an agent or are you looking after the planning etc yourself?
