Moving immersion tank in hot press?

    Hi,
Just wondering if anyone would know whether moving the immersion tank in the hot press would be a massive undertaking?
We have very little storage for clothing in our house and are were looking at a few options, one of which is to knock into a side wall at the back of the hot press. There is a completely unused but large cavity of space that we could potentially move the hot tank into and then have a type of 'walk in' hot press to store a lot more clothing.

I thought it might be a case of just extending the pipes to move it, but had a quick look online and there is mention of the attic water tank having to be directly over the hot press tank for water pressure ? Would this involve having to move the attic tank as well?

Would any plumber take on this job or is it a bit more specialist? We don't want years of "Oh, the hot press is leaking again" or "the water pressure is low again..." if this is potentially dodgy!

Any advice on whether this would be worth the bother or how much it might cost us is appreciated!!
    Thanks!
