    Hello, I have problems with my access to account. I was in Holand for Christmas and when I got back at the end of december i couldn't withdraw money or pay in stores. Few days later I couldn't access my online 365 account and went to branch in Cahir where they told me that don't see any problems with card or problems whatsoever, and ordered a new card. Today I got check with my balance that was deducted from my bank account and a note for closure with a date of 4 January. I wasn't contacted by mail nore phone of any problems with the account and I want to know where will my card arrive and would it be valid and what with my money payed by the firm I am working for? I am waiting for two weeks without money and a valid card. It was very irresponsible from the BOI that no one contacted me and in the bank they didn' t have any information to assist me. Please look into my problem and contact me with further instruction on what to do next.
