Selling a car, can't figure a price

Selling a 07 Golf 1.4 with 214,000km the clock. Problem is that I've only part history, bought the car on a chance back 5 years ago and thank god it never gave me any major trouble.

There's a coil pack issue I'm getting sorted this weekend with my mechanic but I do have a slight issue with the drivers side window not always working 100% but that's only been a recent issue.

Trying to get the car ready for sale so is €2500-3000 range being unrealistic here, prices seem to sway a lot on donedeal.

Looking to offload my car before purchasing the newer one, could do with the extra few quid in back pocket. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also NCT is good till November and tax is up to next month if that helps.

I’d say you’d be lucky to get €1500.

I'd say circa 2.2k to 2.5k is about right imo as people pay good money for Golfs, even the lowly 1.4. I know someone who sold a 2004 1.4 Golf before Christmas and got 1500 for it, though it did have lower mileage than yours.
