SSE Airtricity - Climote Offer

Airtricity have e-mailed me with an offer which seems almost too good to be true.
As an existing customer of ours, we have a little winter treat for you. Just book your €89* gas boiler service by 31 March 2018 and we’ll give you a climote^ remote heating control (worth €399) supplied and fitted for free.

And the terms and conditions don't seem to have anything sinister lurking in them, there appears to be a fee of €19 a year to Climote.
With this Offer, your subscription to the Climote remote access service is free of charge (effective from the date we install your Climote). After your contract ends, standard subscription costs will apply (currently quoted at €19.00 per year) and will be payable to Climote.

My house is a semi-d, mid 90s build. It is not a zoned heating system, nor are there any thermostats in the rooms. I'm wondering if this is a suitable product for me? The remote control from mobile app for heating sounds beneficial.

Tried to book there and the install is free but its €249 for the climote and service once it comes to inputting your details. They do lure you in with the €89 though and then show the cost after you fill in the details

I did see that on the website, but there appears to be 2 options, 1 of which claims it's free for existing customers
