    Hi everyone,

Just wanted to get some perspective on something, maybe I am over thinking it..

I applied for a job through indeed, on Monday I got an email from the company through indeed saying they got my c.v and were holding interviews on Tues and Thurs and to let them know my availability and also my salary expectations.

So I replied and said I was available both days and anytime suited. I also put down my salary expectations and since that email have not heard back from them. I'm thinking it's down to the salary expectations i put down but I did say I was of course open to negotiations on it....when I didn't hear back the next day I emailed again in case my email got missed through indeed or something but still nothing back from them.

I just find this very odd and frustrating, why not email me back and if it is a salary issue state that rather than leaving me hanging, they did offer me the interview in a way.

    Is this normal?
