Miracle box premium visually impaired

Hi there I am hoping someone can help me, I have an Miracle box running Enigma 2, I have it setup for my elderly father, when he presses the TV button, up pops the different sections news, entertainment etc. Is there any way that I can increase the font, poor fellow has got to stand up close to TV when changing channel !

Theres your problem.

Do you not just have one favourites channel list of the stations that he can just press the up and down button. The favourite list you can move to the top and its makes it the default everytime it comes on. It can be set within E2 to go to RTE1 for example when its switched on etc.

BTW To increase the font size in any menu in e2. Say the short guide (up key which gives list of channels and whats on now next) channel list whilst in it press menu and configuration settings and scroll down and edit the fonts for various elements of the skin and or number of rows. Programme No, Program title etc.

You can change the skin too. The one I use is called Gigapax and I thinks its a metrix created skin available for many OE images. You can make the typeface of the channel name or programe info as big as you want.
