    Change some in Dublin and on arrival you can get quite good rates at KL Sentral (On arrival at KLIA Airport, you can get a fast train to KL Sentral) or Bukit Bintang area. I can't remember the name unfortunately.

    Get a Revolut card.

    Then just put your money in euros on the card and withdraw at the ATMs there. Can also be used at POS.

    They offer better exchange rates and do not charge fees.
