Site Drainage/Sewer - No Manhole

    I am planning an extension to my 3 bed semi detached in Beaumont, Dublin and have noticed that I do not have a manhole for the sewer drain line. My neighbour to my right has one right next to our boundary wall. Do I need one also? Is it a requirement for every household to have their own manhole access?
