    Hi all,

    As it's January, you may be interested in an AMA that we have starting tomorrow. Former Munster player Jonny Holland will be fielding questions over in the AMA forum.

    Since retiring because of injury at the age of 25, Jonny has completed a post graduate degree in Applied Sports & Exercise Nutrition and set up his own Consultancy firm, providing performance nutritional advice, personal coaching, and other services.
