Tax refund what am I entitled to

During 2017 I earned €12000 and paid € 3000 in paye prsi and USC will I be entitled to get the full €3000 back as I earned under €16500?

PRSI isn't refundable as far as I am aware.

If you had no other taxable income in the year such as jobseekers benefit and had the standard tax credits and rate and available to you; then you should be entitled to the full amount of paye deducted back. You may also be entitled to some USC back depending on what rate you were charged.

Thanks just wondering do you also get the prsi that was paid back?

I don't follow you. Prsi that was paid back?
PRSI paid by an employee isn't generally refundable.
