I was on the phone with revenue trying to sort out emergency tax I paid and they told me to go setup myAccount cos I wasnt registered but when I went to put in past jobs I've left I wasnt able to put in a end date... Is there a way to do this?

No - its not possible . When you leave employment its your employer that notifies the tax office of your date of leaving.
