squat rack help needed!

    i have a squat rack (picture attached) but i have lost the red thing that holds the barbell when doing bench press.

    anyone know what its called so i can try to order them in?
    or if there are any diy alternatives?

    They are rack hooks or J hooks sometimes also called pins or catch. Might be hard to get an exact match for that exact model

    A simple way to make y0ur own is to tack on some washers to as big a bolt that can fit such as these in the video

    Unless you know the model of the unit then you won’t get the spare part. You could always go to a metal fabricator and they’d make you one.
