Online claim revenue

    I msde a claim for health expenses using the online service on Tues the 2ND of January and received an email following morn that the claim is being processed taught the p21 should have issued today?? Anyone shed any light on this??

    Normally a 48 hour turnaround however a percentage are always randomly held for manual verification checks. There are also a lot of errors at this time of year with incorrect pay and tax figures entered by the user which also have to be checked.

    Revenue have said they are are processing it. That doesn't mean that it is a automatic system where the P21 is issued immediately. They could be waiting on p35 info from your employer (who has until mid February to lodge) or it could be held for random checking.
