Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Anyone doing yoga that could recommend a good mixed class for a beginner? I have a bad back and reckon it might help. I see there are a few options around, but dont know of anyone that has been

GrowHQ on the ring road at the WUH have classes. 7pm for an hour on Mondays and Tuesday morning at 11 am €12 or 50 for 5 classes.
