Holiday in Italy, please recommend a place

Hi,
I want to go to italy this summer (don't suggest another country I've been everywhere else). I will be going with my boyfriend (both 25). We would like a touristy lively place something similar to Salou.
Not interested in partying but wouldn't mind if it was a mad partying spot
We would definitly like a waterpark nearby
A decent big beach (we don't mind if its crowded)
A promenade is a must for us as we like to walk down by the beach and have a huge selection of restaurants /shops at night
It doesnt have to be romantic but we would like if it was.
We would not mind a family resort.
I have been researching and I cannot find anywhere thats reasonably cheap with a good beach , and promenade. Everywhere seems to be very quiet with a tiny beach the size of my kitchen nearby 🙈

Downside is the beach is pebbly and not huge but it didn't bother me and I'm a big fan of big sandy beaches

Water park nearby

Lots of great restaurants

Walks along lake

Boat hire

Bicycle hire with flat cycle lanes

Choice of hotels or camping/mobile homes
