A baby rabbit was left fighting for its life after Limerick youths tied it up and let their dogs attack it.

They had tied a rope to its leg, before repeatedly throwing it towards the river, and letting their dogs head in after it.

Limerick Animal Welfare is caring for the baby rabbit after a passer-by rescued it from horrific cruelty at the hands of local teenagers.

The full story, for those inclined.

If people can do this as teenagers, it's hard to think of what they might be capable of as adults. And how does a parent not notice that their child gets up to this sort of crap?

Recall watching a documentary on the Iceman, Richard Kuklinski, a mafia hitman who killed over 200 people. He used to do this kind of thing when he was a teenager.
